Rates

• All rates are based on double occupancy per night.
• There is a $20 charge for additional guestsWebsite pricing is excluding tax which is a GST (government sales tax)of 5%

Credit Card 

• A credit card is required to secure your stay though you my pay with an alternate payment method at checkout
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cash, or Traveller's checks
• We do not take a deposit and charge the full amount on the day of departure unless otherwise arranged
• Credit card information is held in a secure online system and destroyed 3 days after departure

Check in/out

• Check in is between 3:00 and 6:00 P.M. please let us know if you will need a late or earlier check in

Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the date of arrival to avoid full room charges
• In the eevent we are able to rebook the room for the duration of our booking, there will be no charge
• If a guest does not arrive and honor their reservation, or contact us to cancel, they will be chared for the full amount of the stay.

Pets

• The Trail room is available for dogs
• We will be happy to cover the sofa if the dog normally curls up on furniture. Please let us know ahead of time.
• There is a $20 charge for canine companions
• We provide a cedar stuffed dog bed
• An outdoor garbage can and plastic bags are provide for canine excrament
