Cranberry Smoothie

It's pink, it's frothy, and it's the recipe most asked for at the B&B. Where as most of my juices involve fruits, vegetables, and a juicer, this one takes only a blender.

Put into a blender:

  • one can of frozen cranberry juice
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnimon
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar (or not as the juice already has sugar in it)
  • 1 cup of ice cubes

Blend until the ice has broken up

Serve immediately

Though this is a great alternative to breakfast juices, I wonder what it would taste like late at night with a little rum. Anyone want to try?
