Crimson Nest Eggs

Each Nest:
-2-3 slices black forest ham (Montreal smoked meat is good)
- 1 egg 1
-T cream
- 1 T grated Swiss cheese ( I like spiced Swiss with caraway)
- Sprinkle of dried Basil


1.Place the meat in a muffin tin
2. Crack the egg into the meat "nest"
3. Using a spoon place the cream on top
4. Sprinkle with the cheese
5. Back in a 350 degree over for 15 minutes

I like to place the egg nests on spirilized raw beets or cooked spaghetti squash.
